We recently experienced degraded performance on Zapier.com. Between 13:45 and 17:10 UTC, some users saw increased latency, delayed processing, or lost workflow runs.
Our engineering team identified and resolved the process that caused the issue. The system has now stabilized, and normal service has resumed.
