Template detail pages are not loading

We are currently experiencing an issue where template detail pages are not loading for both logged-in and logged-out users. Affected users may see timeout errors when trying to access these pages (for example, https://zapier.com/templates/details/newsletter-signup-form). Other parts of the site remain unaffected.
Our engineering team has identified that a backend process was causing increased load on our systems. While that process has been stopped, the issue is still ongoing and we are actively investigating further. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information or a resolution.
