We're currently investigating an incident where Zap Runs might be delayed for some customers. We're also seeing that emails to customer accounts might also be delayed, which will affect password reset and Zap alert emails. Zap Runs will show as "Playing" in Zap History. Please don't turn OFF the Zap, as doing so may impact our ability to replay delayed Zap Runs. You can attempt Replaying manually to see if the Zap Run processes as expected: https://zapier.com/help/manage/history/replay-failed-zap-runs We'll update this StatusPage once we've identified the issue and begin working to implement a fix. Our engineering team had deployed a fix and resolved this issue. Our upstream provider had recovered and the affected systems are now back. All processes involved are now working properly.

The delay in the Zap runs processing should be resolved by now and should be working as expected.
