Earlier today from 10:51 AM PDT to 1:30 PM PDT we were experiencing an issue where messages and links sent from Support to customers through our Support channels (email and live chat) were not consistently appearing properly.

We have now resolved this with our chat partner, and all should be set and the issue should continue in chat interactions moving forward.

We are experiencing an issue where messages and links sent from Support to customers through our Support channels (email and live chat) are not consistently appearing properly.

Our Engineering team has identified the issue, and we are now working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.
