Incident Report

We are aware of an issue where deleted Zaps are not loading when attempting to access their Trash. This causes Zaps that were deleted to be unretrievable if they need to be recovered from Trash. All other Zap functionality is working as expected. Our Engineering team is working towards a fix but please reach out to our support team at http://zapier.com/app/contact-us if you're unable to retrieved deleted Zaps.

After investigating, we've determined the issue is specifically with Zaps deleted from a private folder. Once the owner of the Zap deletes the Zap, actions cannot be taken to remove the Zap from the Trash if the user wishes to recover it.
