Degraded experience of real-time updates in the UI of both Portal and Mobile Applications

We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Some users may still experience delayed status updates in the Zaptec app when attempting to authorize charging. Charging may begin as expected, but the app could continue to show the status as “Authorizing.” If this occurs, navigating away from the charging view and then returning should refresh the status.

We may continue to see intermittent occurrences overnight while we monitor the situation. Thank you for your patience.
