Payroll Limited Functionality Outage

This incident has been resolved.

We have resolved the payroll app issue and all functionality is restored. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our Customer Care Team.

We are starting to receive reports from customers that they are able to process payroll. Processing might still be slower than normal - we will continue to work on improving this.

We are continuing to investigate this issue and believe we are coming closer to a resolution. We will post another update at 12:30 PST unless we have more information sooner.
