All PODs - Client side issue with AVG and Avast Security AV (AntiVirus) providers

This issue is now resolved as both AVG and Avast Security AV (AntiVirus) providers have whitelisted the Zenoti URL page which was impacted. We got confirmation from the providers at 11:12 PM PDT.

A few customers are having issues while logging in due to AVG and Avast Security AV (AntiVirus) providers as they are inaccurately blocking a specific Zenoti URL page. We are actively working with these providers to fix the problem at their end. As a workaround to this issue, please follow these articles from the AV provider by adding https://ids.zenoti.com/* into the exception list:
