The Analytics systems have also caught up to the latest data.
All other Zenoti services except HyperConnect and Messaging have completely recovered. These services depend on partners who were impacted from the same cloud provider issue as well and are in the process of recovery.
Analytics systems are up, except a few components which are still recovering (Zenoti-ASIA01, Zenoti-AMRS01, Zenoti-MIDE01, Zenoti-AMRS06, and Zenoti-AMRS19), are catching up on data with the ETL cycles and would start showing latest data in the next couple of hours.
We are still monitoring the situation with the partners and ensuring all services become operational.

The cloud provider is seeing recovery across services and availability zones. The Zenoti application core functions are working but might see slight performance issues until full recovery from the cloud service.
