Investigating – Sandbox Degraded Performance

The issue affecting the Sandbox environment has now been resolved.

Our investigation identified the issue was caused by a deployment inconsistency. This resulted in delays to background processing, impacting webhook delivery, transaction polling, reporting updates, and email notifications.

The deployment has been corrected, processing has returned to normal, and new Sandbox transactions are now completing successfully end-to-end. We have also cleared the affected processing backlog and are completing cleanup of a small number of remaining historical items.

We are investigating an issue affecting the Zepto Sandbox environment. Customers may experience delayed webhook delivery, delayed transaction processing, polling endpoint delays, and delayed email notifications.

Our engineering team has identified retries building in background processing queues and is actively working to restore normal processing. We will endeavour to provide another update within the next hour.
