All services in ZMP are experiencing a service disruption due to an ongoing AWS service disruption that is affecting our infrastructure. Our engineering teams are actively monitoring the AWS incident and working to mitigate the impact on affected services. We are coordinating with AWS to ensure services are restored as quickly as possible. We will provide the next update as more information becomes available.

The platform has returned to normal operating conditions, and new campaigns are processing as expected. Reprocessing of previously queued campaigns is still in progress and will continue until all are completed. We will continue to monitor platform stability and performance closely to ensure consistent operations.

All core services are now operational, but the platform remains in an active recovery phase as we continue to reprocess previously affected campaigns. As a guidance, customers can proceed with launching new campaigns; however, processing times may be slower than usual while the system works through the remaining backlog. We are closely monitoring system performance and throughput and will share an estimated timeline for full normalization as soon as it becomes clearer. Recommendations: Fully recovered.
Campaigns: Selective reprocessing has begun; full recovery is still in progress.
Audience Segmentation: Fully recovered.
