Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue where Zipwhip Toll Free Verification Portal API webhooks are not being sent for toll free verification submissions that are set to verified. All other activity related to this action are working: Class Of Service is adjusted correctly, and status is updated in the Verification Portal. We will continue to update as we progress on this issue

This issue has been resolved- webhooks are now being sent for "Resolved - Verified" submissions, and we will have a short maintenance tonight to "play back" missing webhooks. Thank you!
