We have started seeing recovery for the issue where the TaskRouter API was failing to update worker skills in Flex causing errors when supervisors attempted to modify skills. We will continue to monitor to ensure a full recovery. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an issue where the TaskRouter API is failing to update worker skills in Flex causing errors when supervisors attempt to modify skills. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and implement a fix. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
