We are writing to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance to address a recent network issue in our US Primary Data Center.
 
Earlier today, some customers experienced service interruptions due to a network-related issue. Our technical teams have promptly resolved the situation, and all affected systems have been restored to normal operation.
 
To prevent any recurrence of this issue, we will be conducting planned maintenance, which includes a reboot of a critical network device.

Time: 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM PST
 
Impact:
During this maintenance window, you may experience a brief interruption in service. To minimize any disruption, we will temporarily reroute traffic to the US3 region.
