Zscaler has identified an intermittent issue affecting a small subset of service edges in the zscaler.net cloud and is actively investigating the matter. Customers may experience intermittent slowness, connection timeouts, or increased latency. If you are currently experiencing traffic-impacting issues, please fail over to your secondary DC or another alternate DC. For more information, please refer to the following support article. We will continue to provide updates here as the investigation progresses.
