Connectivity Issues Affecting India Data Centers

Zscaler has detected an issue with its Chennai II, Chennai III, Hyderabad I, Mumbai VI, New Delhi I datacenter and is currently investigating the matter. We are investigating periods of slowness, connection timeouts and/or increased latency. If you’re currently experiencing any traffic impacting issues please failover to your secondary DC or any other alternate DC. For more information, please refer to the following support article. We will continue to provide updates here as the investigation progresses. This is impacting customers ability to reach websites and ZPA applications hosted outside of India. The issue has been escalated to the service provider and they have confirmed they are working to correct the issue. In parallel Zscaler teams are working to implement mitigation options to address impact customer may be currently observing.
