We are investigating intermittent latency issues across our platform. This is affecting a very small subset of our customers. You may experience endpoints time out, or return error codes. The issue was intermittent on June 20th. The above issue is unrelated to availability problems we experienced this morning. SMS Delivery to AT&T Customers
We are aware of, and monitoring, an issue with delivering SMS to our customers who are AT&T subscribers. Our SMS service provider, Twilio, is aware of the issue and is working with AT&T to resolve the problem. We currently have no ETA and apologize for the inconvenience this causes you.
