Affected Users: Insights portal users Region: Global, but not all customers We have degraded performance in Insights, where data is missing from end december going forward. the cause of the issue is identified and we are working on a solution. Users may experience lack in data validity until this is restored. The next update will be provided as soon as we know more Degraded Performance Definition: The affected component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Does not affect downtime.

After monitoring the implemented solution, the issue related to having access to the data from December 21st and all through January and the degraded performance has been resolved, and the incident will now be closed.
All data is restored and none is lost.

Degraded Performance Definition: The affected component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Does not affect downtime.

Data from the missing period should now be available for all and we are monitoring for the following period to ensure all data is correctly displayed as intended.

We have successfully rolled out a fix for the issue.

During next week, we expect to have all data available again in Insights, from end December and onwards.
Once all data is available to users once again, we will make an update to this incident to inform that the issue has now been resolved.
