The Astro UI and CLI are experiencing an outage. Astro users cannot currently view deployments or clusters in their workspace. Airflow components are currently operating as expected.
Minor Resolved · about 1 month ago · lasted 2 days
The ability for Astro to scale Airflow workers to process tasks in parallel is being impeded. We are currently diagnosing the underlying issue, but in the meantime you may notice that tasks run sequentially, rather than in parallel. As a result DAGs may take longer to run. If this is causing issue to your workloads, please reach out to Astronomer support.

We are investigating an issue with the authentication service used by Astro. When logging in, users may see the following message: `Error: AuthZService: internal error` This should not affect running DAGs, but will affect access to the UI, and may stop new images from being pushed and deployed. We are investigating the cause and will update as soon as possible.
