We are investigating an issue with the "Live Chat" feature on the Autodesk e-store. Customers are unable to reach the Autodesk Customer Support via chat. Customers can still use the Chat Assistant on the https://www.autodesk.com/ site. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 2 hours or sooner if we have more information to share.
