Resolved Missed Scheduled Policy Runs
Automox has discovered an issue with some scheduled runs of policies/worklets. We are monitoring the issue and believe it has been resolved.
Resolved Agent Restart
You may see your agent disconnect and reconnect shortly after. This is expected and should be connected shortly after you see them disconnect.
Resolved Connection Status for devices intermittently showing incorrect states
Currently there is an intermittent issue where devices will show the incorrect states for devices such as devices connected showing as disconnected and disconnected devices showing connected. This could impact scheduled policy runs within Automox.
Resolved Agent Connection Issue on New and Offline systems
Currently we are investigating an issue where agents are failing to reconnect with Automox if the system was offline until recently and newly installed agents. We will continue to update you on the status.

We are currently investigating an issue in which some organizations may not be able to add new devices post-release. It may not be a widespread issue.
Resolved Agent connection status issues
We are currently investigating an issue regarding Agent connection status. Devices may have incorrect connection status in the Console and API. Devices incorrectly marked disconnected may not patch on-time.
Resolved Degraded performance of Patching Engine
We are currently investigating an issue with a data processing system in our Patching Engine.
