We are investigating an issue with one of the Databricks services.

Incident Details:
- Users may experience slow rendering of notebooks, clusters, and other Databricks user interfaces.
- Cluster start/resize/termination requests may time out or fail.
- Jobs submitted through APIs/Schedulers may not execute.
- Running jobs may not complete on time.

- DBFS API/CLI failures on LIST, PUT, DELETE operation.
- Library Installation failures.
- Workspace authentication requests may fail or timeout.
- JDBC/ODBC connection errors.
- Cluster that use the internal metastore service may experience failures.
