All Breeze components are back up and operational now (including all Breeze accounts, texting, email, online/text giving). Our servers are under some stress, and the engineers are monitoring this situation very closely to ensure we continue to stay online. Thank you for your patience!

Our Database provider is still actively implementing a fix but does not have a timeframe of service restoration.

The Breeze Engineering team is implementing a separate plan that will allow for full access restoration, if needed, with an estimated time of 7:30 AM ET/11:30 AM UTC, March 13, 2022.

Our Database provider has identified and secured a fix. They are actively implementing this but do not have an update on the timeframe of service restoration.

The Breeze Engineering team is implementing a separate restoration plan that could allow for full functionality within Breeze in the event our provider does not have this resolved soon

We have recently received an update from our Database Provider. They have experienced a hardware failure and are working to resolve this, but do not have an update on the timeframe of the fix at this point.

The Breeze Engineering team is working on a separate restoration plan that could allow for full functionality within Breeze in the event our provider does not have this resolved before tomorrow morning. We will continue to share updates here as we have them.

We have just talked with our Database Provider to receive an update. They have repaired a hardware issue and are working on bringing all systems back online. We will share more information as soon as we know more.
