We are actively investigating an SSL issue that is impacting some Object tests on North America and South America backbone and cloud nodes for a subset of customers. We will continue to share updates as they become available. Please contact Support for any questions.

We identified the issue to be related to the Needletail Agent release with Object and JavaScript API, which included a new version of OpenSSL that requires Secure Renegotiation. This caused a problem with some hosts which do not support it.

We are rolling back the Needletail agent that has been deployed to specific nodes (to see the full list of nodes, please see our post here: https://nodestatus.catchpoint.com/incidents/sd09nw0g061v). Our engineering teams will be working on determining next steps.
