We have identified the cause of the behaviour and have provided more resources to process all messages as quickly as possible now.
At this point the message delivery for Google Cloud Pub/Sub subscribers is back to normal.
We are still seeing increased latency delivering messages to Azure Service Bus.
Everything is operating normally and we are monitoring closely.
