Outage Details

Our customers running on the Coralogix US region (.us url) are experiencing issues with data queries, alerting delays, and dashboards loading. This is caused by an issue with AWS EBS service in the region (Ohio). We are monitoring the status of the system and awaiting AWS recovery to start running end to end flows and verifying the system's health. The issue has been resolved. The team is still monitoring the system to verify that all services are fully operational.

Current status:
-Logs are fully operational for most customers
-Metrics are fully operational
-Traces are fully operational

We are continuing to work on enabling log data archive queries and closing the lag on Alerts / Events2Metrics

We are in ingestion phase of all the logs. Customers may still see a lag in log times. All logs are being ingested, but may take a while to show in the Explorer screen.

While monitoring the AWS status page, we are working to soon enable Archive queries + Hot storage queries for data older than 2 hours.
