We have detected slow transcoder start times in some regions, which are affecting how long it takes to start the RTMP Studio engine. The cause is being investigated and fix will hopefully be in place soon.

Resolved Major RTMP Issue

We are aware of a global issue with Wowza/RTMP Studio. All currently running transcoders where encoders are connected are not affected. Any host going live using RTMP Studio will be affected. Developers are actively looking into this. We will update our status page as soon as this is resolved. We don't have a time frame on when this will be resolved as we're looking for a workaround since this is a global issue. https://status.wowza.com/

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when Crowdcast has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account and choose one of the plans. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
