We are experiencing recurrences of the earlier issue from today, impacting our Cloud Control Panel and API. At this time, users may intermittently be unable to access cloud.digitalocean.com, as well as send requests to the public API. We will post an update with further information as soon as possible.

As of 12:45 UTC, our Engineering team identified an issue with the Cloud Control Panel and some other DigitalOcean webpages. Users were unable to reach cloud.digitalocean.com and may have experienced issues while trying to reach other DigitalOcean sites. API requests were also impacted and as a result of this incident and users may have seen API failures during this time. The impact appears to be subsided around 13:00 UTC and are now monitoring the situation. We will post an update once we confirm the issue is fully resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Droplet Creation via Cloud Control Panel
Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with creating Droplets via the Cloud Control Panel. At this time, users may see nothing happening when selecting all options and then attempting to create a Droplet in the control panel. Creation via the public API does not appear to be impacted. We will provide an update as soon as we have further information.

At this time, users will experience a "Looks like something went wrong..." error when attempting to visit the Droplets or Volumes tab, as well as when attempting to create Droplets or Volumes. Cloud Control Panel and Multiple services
Around 04:58UTC, our Engineering team observed issues with the Cloud Control panel, services in the NYC3 region, Functions, Container registry, and Event processing in all the regions. Our Engineering team has mitigated these issues as of 05:12 UTC and currently monitoring the same. The users should no longer experience issues with the Cloud Control panel, Functions, Container Registry, and Event processing, and all the services in the NYC3 region will be functional. We are monitoring the situation and will post an update once we confirm the issue is fully resolved.

Our Engineering team has identified an issue with an upstream provider causing packet-loss and increased latency in the SGP1 region. The team has implemented a fix to reroute traffic and restore connectivity. Between approximately 14:12 UTC and 17:22 UTC, users may have experienced missing metrics on their resource graphs, delays in loading the Volumes page on the cloud panel, and errors trying to create new Volumes. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide another update as soon as we confirm the situation is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.
