Around 04:58UTC, our Engineering team observed issues with the Cloud Control panel, services in the NYC3 region, Functions, Container registry, and Event processing in all the regions. Our Engineering team has mitigated these issues as of 05:12 UTC and currently monitoring the same. The users should no longer experience issues with the Cloud Control panel, Functions, Container Registry, and Event processing, and all the services in the NYC3 region will be functional. We are monitoring the situation and will post an update once we confirm the issue is fully resolved.

Our Engineering team has identified an issue with an upstream provider causing packet-loss and increased latency in the SGP1 region. The team has implemented a fix to reroute traffic and restore connectivity. Between approximately 14:12 UTC and 17:22 UTC, users may have experienced missing metrics on their resource graphs, delays in loading the Volumes page on the cloud panel, and errors trying to create new Volumes. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide another update as soon as we confirm the situation is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We are still working to determine the root cause and the full scope of impact, but have confirmed errors occurred with reaching the Cloud Control Panel, event processing, traffic to some DigitalOcean web endpoints, and network connectivity to Droplets and Droplet-based services in NYC1.
