Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with Billing page for Teams on the Cloud Control Panel. During this time, users on Team accounts may experience errors while accessing the Billing page. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.

Resolved Support Portal Unavailable

Our Engineering team has identified an issue with the backend provider servicing our Support Portal. At this time, users are unable to log into the Support Portal to submit new tickets, update existing tickets, or otherwise interact with the Support Portal. Resolved Issue Accessing DigitalOcean Control Panel Using Google Authentication

Our Engineering team identified an issue with accessing the DigitalOcean Control Panel using Google authentication, however they have since implemented a fix to resolve the issue, and are monitoring the situation. We will post an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.
