Between 12:00 and and 3:47PM, some appointment-level notifications were not sent (e.g.appointment started, enroute, scheduled, complete). This issue has been resolved and they are working again. Job-level notifications were not impacted.

An issue with statusing jobs was identified in Work (Accept, Pause, Cancel, Complete), and has been resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue, a refresh of you screen will resolve it. The issue is no longer occurring but we will continue to monitor.
