We are currently investigating reports of the Duda editor not loading or loading slowly. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and working to identify the root cause and implement a solution as soon as possible. We will continue to provide regular updates.
Resolved Duda Performing Annual Routine Maintenance
Duda is undergoing annual routine maintenance on December 27th. This means that starting 8am UTC the Duda Editor will be down and inaccessible. All live sites will remain up and unchanged. We expect this to last no more than 4 hours. If you have any questions or concerns prior to then, please contact Support.
Resolved Investigating reports of white label support site outage.
We have received reports that the white label instances of our support knowledge base are current down. We are aware of the issue and investigating.
Resolved Duda integrations with Google products are down
Due to outage of main Google services, Duda integrations are also affected (login, google calendar, google spreadsheet integration for collections, youtube videos). Resolved Difficulties accessing Duda's editor
We received several reports that the duda site editor is inaccessible at the moment, we are investigating the issue and will post an update shortly
Resolved eCommerce storefronts and control panels are unavailable
Some Store control panels and storefronts are not loading or are loading slowly: You may see the 504 bad gateway error in the editor. And your customers won't be able to access the store on the published site. We are urgently working on a fix. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The storefronts and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem.
Resolved Investigating slowness or downtime on some live sites.
We are currently experiencing slowness or downtime across some Live Sites. Our Engineering team is aware of the issue and working to identify the root cause and implement a solution as soon as possible.
