This incident has been resolved. Newly created exams are working now for iPad.
- Exams posted before 8 PM CT will work with no issues.
- Exams that were posted between the time period of 8 pm CT - 10:30 am CT will run into issues if used on iPad
- Users will need to delete and reinstall the Examplify app foriPad if they are experiencing issues relating to app closure
We are currently investigating an issue where the Examplify application on iPad closes when entering an Exam Password.
