Outage Details

Issue: Exclaimer Cloud UI unavailable in AU. Symptoms: Customers will not be able to launch the UI if their tenancy resides in AU. This is being caused by a storage issue in Azure in this region (issue tracking ID XNZ_-JD0) which is resulting in Exclaimer being unable to make connections to certain back-end infrastructure. Next Update In: 90 minutes or sooner.

Engineers have confirmed that the previous service alert has been resolved.

The service is now back to full health and is working as normal.

Microsoft engineers are continuing to work on the recovery of the affected datacenter storage resource. We are continuing to monitor the availability of the storage devices to recover when they become available once again.

Microsoft engineers have confirmed that they have stabilized the issue in the affected datacenter and are working on additional recovery. Exclaimer engineers have not seen availability return to the affected resource(s) but continue to monitor closely.

Issue: Exclaimer Cloud UI unavailable in AU.

Symptoms: The UI remains unavailable in the AU region whilst the issue with Microsoft Azure continues. Microsoft have expanded their issue to include compute in the affected Datacenter. Exclaimer engineers have already taken steps to mitigate the potential impact to mailflow, which remains unaffected.
