Resolved Freckle landing page down
Our 3rd party hosting provider for our landing page at freckle.com is having an outage. We will monitor the situation and provide updates as we have them.
Resolved Site-wide Outage
Our cloud provider is experiencing and investigating issues right now in Virginia (where our servers are located), causing increased error rates in the Student, Teacher and Admin applications. We are closely monitoring the situation and awaiting a resolution from the provider.
Resolved Internet Wide Outage
DNS provider Cloudflare experienced an outage in its 22.214.171.124 service. This made Freckle's application and large sections of the web inaccessible to many customers for a short period of time. Cloudflare has reported a fix and has restored service.
Resolved Slowdown in student, classroom, and school
The site is currently experiencing a higher than normal amount of load, and may be causing pages to be slow or unresponsive. We’re investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.
