Google Ads - Missing data & slow recovery
On Mar 14, 2023 we identified an issue that caused some temporary loss of data availability for a small percentage of Google Ads sources. Affected sources are slow to recover due to a separate issue with the Google Ads API. We are in contact with Google to identify the root cause of this secondary issue. Meanwhile data recovery for the affected sources will be very slow. We are investigating the possibility of a workaround to speed this process up. We will provide updates on a bi-daily basis.

Google BigQuery & Google Cloud Storage Data Shares outage
BigQuery and Cloud Storage Data Shares was down today between 10:05 and 14:30 CET for Data Shares that is configured to use Service account for authentication. The problem has been resolved and affected Data Shares have been re-started.

Google My Business - Old report types are closing down
Google My Business report types "Insights", "Local Post", and "Action Phone" are closing down. Google has already begun to block data retrieval for these reports, meaning you may already be experiencing download delays. On January 16th Funnel will disable the old data sources and insights data will only be available via the new report type "Performance Insights". The old data will still be available in Funnel.

Facebook Ads - delayed downloads
We are seeing an increased rate of errors for our Facebook Ads connector. This might result in some delays in the downloads for your Facebook Ads data sources.

Looker Studio - “REFRESH AUTHORIZATION” error
Many customers are reporting errors in their Looker Studio reports with charts giving the error: "Looker Studio has encountered a system error. Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request." As well as a “REFRESH AUTHORIZATION” error on the data source. We're investigating the cause and will continue to update as we learn more.

RTB House – Delayed downloads for some data sources
Starting around the 7th of March, we have noticed delayed downloads for some RTB House data sources. This issue affects less than 10% of total RTB House data sources connected to Funnel, but it is preventing said sources from importing any data at all. There appears to have been a change done on the platform's end which affects access to certain statistics and/or breakdowns that we were previously able to download. We are looking into what changes need to be made in order to resume imports for affected sources.
