We are currently experiencing issues with all services. The issue was identified at 22:12 EST and it is currently being investigated by the engineering team. As a result of this issue, end users may not be able to access the order form, user dashboards, API, or translation workbench. We are currently experiencing issues with all services. The issue was identified at 15:04 EST and it is currently being investigated by the Development team. As a result of this issue, some end users may experience "Site Unreachable" or "504 Gateway Error" messages. The team are reviewing which customers may be impacted and will update with more details as soon as they become available. The team currently estimate that approximately 850 end users maybe impacted. We are currently experiencing issues with Gengo Orders. The issue was identified at 1500 ET on 28th July and it is currently being investigated by the DevOPS team. As a result of this issue, some end users may experience the following New inbound orders will not process for users of the Gengo Platform The team are reviewing which customers may be impacted and will update with more details as soon as they become available. The team currently estimate that approximately 300 customers may be impacted at the moment Currently there are 50 incidents raised for this issue.
