Resolved GiveGab platforms are currently inaccessible due to a wider spread internet outage.
GiveGab.com and our Giving Day platforms are currently being impacted by a widespread internet outage. We are currently investigating how we can get our platforms back online as soon as possible.
Resolved Temporary GiveGab Downtime
At 3:30pm ET, the team deployed changes that resulted in incompatibilities between third-party libraries and monitoring tools ultimately causing downtime across the GiveGab application. The Giving Days platform was not affected. At 3:45pm ET, the team deployed a change to resolve the errors in production. We are working on identifying the exact issue before re-releasing the related updates.

We are currently experiencing issues with our API that are causing our giving day sites and administrative dashboards to load slowly or cause users to experience error pages.
Resolved Email service provider technical difficulties
Our email service provider, Mailchimp, is currently experiencing some technical issues. This may cause emails from GiveGab to not immediately be sent out. Those emails should send once Mailchimp corrects issues on their end. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.
Resolved GiveGab degraded performance from service providers
We're currently seeing issues with Fastly, one of our third-party service providers. This may cause users to be unable to load pages or see error messages when they are visiting the GiveGab administrative dashboard or our giving day platform.
