Resolved Email service provider technical difficulties
Our email service provider, Mailchimp, is currently experiencing some technical issues. This may cause emails from GiveGab to not immediately be sent out. Those emails should send once Mailchimp corrects issues on their end. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.
Resolved GiveGab degraded performance from service providers
We're currently seeing issues with Fastly, one of our third-party service providers. This may cause users to be unable to load pages or see error messages when they are visiting the GiveGab administrative dashboard or our giving day platform.

Our payment provider is seeing elevated error rates in their API that may lead to issues with users successfully completing transactions. They are currently investigating the issue.
Resolved Degraded performance with third-party payment provider
Our third-party payment provider is seeing elevated error rates and response times in the API. and working towards a resolution. Between 8:30 and 9:15 this impacted 123 donations. Since 9:15 we have not seen any donation errors. We're continuing to monitor our systems and the status of a fix.
Resolved GG Chat is currently experiencing issues
GG Chat may not load for all users on our Giving Day and Core platform. The issues are being actively investigated.

Users are currently unable to access our GiveGab and Giving Day platforms. Our engineers are actively investigating the issue.
Resolved Nonprofit Giving Day profiles not saving as expected
Changes to nonprofit giving day profiles are currently not being saved as expected. We have identified a fix and are in the process of getting it reviewed and tested.
Resolved GiveGab downtime following deploy
Following a deploy at 11:27am ET, givegab.com experienced intermittent downtime for users being served via our Pivotal Web Services host. This issue was fully resolved as of 11:45am ET.
