Changes to our customer support service
We have important information to share regarding changes to our customer support service. From 01/08/2022 Heart Internet will no longer offer telephone support. To continue to support our customers in the best possible way, we will be moving our customer support service to Ticket and Live chat. These changes will allow our customer support team to handle customer requests in a more timely and efficient manner.
