Around 12pm UTC, our team was alerted about an issue with our Zapier integration's authentication process. Our engineers have identified the root cause and are working on resolving this issue.
This issue does not affect existing Zaps or new Zaps for customers who have already established a connection between Hotjar and Zapier. However, users who attempted to establish or re-establish a connection between the platforms would encounter an error and the authentication step would fail.
