Op dit moment ondervinden we problemen met de facturatie koppeling met Exact Online. De oorzaak van dit probleem is bekend en vanuit Keeping is er actie ondernomen, echter zijn we op dit moment nog in afwachting van Exact Online. De problemen hebben geen invloed op de gegevens die binnen Keeping staan, en je hoeft zelf geen actie te ondernemen.

E-mail facturen inzake abonnement zijn niet aangekomen
Bij het versturen van de facturen zijn veel e-mail adressen gebounced. Hierdoor kan het zijn dat je geen factuur hebt ontvangen. Mis je een factuur? Neem dan contact op met [email protected] en we sturen je de factuur toe.

A secondary CA certificate from our TLS certificate chain has expired. This should not be a problem for most people visiting Keeping, since our primary certificate chain still resolves correctly. Our monitoring software triggered this as an issue.

Busiest day of the year
🇬🇧 Today is Keeping's busiest day of the year. And therefore we are having some minor server load issues. We have mitigated them by expanding our server capacity, and we will continue to monitor during the day. 🇳🇱 Vandaag is Keeping's drukste dag van het jaar vanwege vele nieuwe gebruikers die het nieuwe jaar fris beginnen met goede urenregistratie. Helaas ondervinden we daarom enkele kleine problemen met de serverbelasting. We hebben ze beperkt door onze servercapaciteit uit te breiden, en we zullen dit gedurende de dag blijven monitoren.
