The Kevel UI is currently experiencing availability issues. We are investigating the issue. Ad serving is not affected.
Resolved Delays in publication
An issue with publication servers has resulted in higher-than-usual publication delays. Changes made via the management UI and API may take longer than usual to propagate to delivery systems. Delivery systems are operating as normal and ad serving of previously configured ads is not affected. A fix has been implemented and the publishing backlog is being processed.
Resolved Issue generating reports in the Kevel UI.
We are currently experiencing an issue with generating reports in the UI. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. The Real Time Reporting API and Reporting API are operational. Ad Serving is not impacted.

We have identified an issue with ad serving in US-East for a single cluster, it should be restored shortly.
Resolved Partial degraded performance on Management UI
We are experiencing a partial degradation with Management UI. Delivery and Management API are unaffected.

Resolved Click-bucketing pipeline is operating in a degraded state
Click bucketing totals are delayed in being updated. Reports are still available. This is due to an underlying issue with our service provider. We are monitoring and will update when normal service resumes.
Resolved Temporary delay in some ads going live and ads being updated
We are experiencing a temporary delay in the time that it takes for an ad to go live after being created or updated. We have identified and corrected the root cause of the delay. Our publishing queue is rapidly catching up and we are continuing to monitor the system.
Resolved Instant Counts data delayed
Adzerk experienced an issue with the Instant Count pipeline starting at 04:46am UTC today. This is now resolved but did cause a backlog in our processing pipeline. We are monitoring the issue and expect full service to resume shortly.
Resolved Problem displaying reports in the UI
We are currently aware of an issue causing reports to fail rendering within the UI. Our engineers are currently investigating the issue as a top priority. The Reporting API is unaffected.
