Delay in Real-Time Segmentation Processing and Flow Triggering

Flow triggering remains real-time. Outstanding real-time segmentation delays are decreasing and we will provide an update when they are fully resolved.

Flow triggering is now back to real-time. We are continuing to monitor real-time segmentation and work to resolve outstanding delays.

We continue to see sustained delays in real-time segmentation as we are actively working to mitigate. We have identified that real-time Flow triggering is also impacted, with delays up to 3 hours. We will continue to provide updates here.

We are currently experiencing delays in real-time segmentation processing due to the scheduled system maintenance that recently completed. Segments may be out of date by up to 3 hours. Flows triggered by segments, as well as segment-targeted forms, may also currently be impacted. We are actively working to restore real-time processing and will continue to provide updates here.
