The issue has been identified as a network connectivity problem between our infrastructure and AWS.
We will continue to monitor the HTTP Errors but we are not seeing any significant errors since 19:57 UTC.
We experienced an elevated level of HTTP Errors on the POPs of the US-East region between 19:30 and 19:50 UTC.
The issue has subsided but we are currently looking into the issue.
