Login Issues to Mailgun and intermittent connection issues to api.mailgun.net

This incident has been resolved.

We are continuing to monitor our systems. All impacts of this attack have been mitigated at this time.

A mitigation has been put in place to restore the functionality of our login page. We are continuing to monitor the DDOS attack.

We are continuing work to mitigate impact to our login page. More updates will be provided when information becomes available.

Our cloud provider is working through internal escalation process to help us with the mitigation, meanwhile we are working on scaling up the infrastructure to support the load.

We are working with our cloud provider on possible mitigation strategy.

We are seeing a DDOS attack against our login page and we have deployed mitigation changes to improve the experience for the legitimate users, still working on complete resolution.
