Following a technical issue with our PSP and Bank partner, the files which contains the refund transaction created on the 17 and 19th January was not processed. MOP concerned : -Ideal -Sofort -Giropay We are doing our best to restore the situation as soon as possible, thank you for your understanding

This incident has been resolved and the 17 and 19th January refund files were reprocessed
