We are aware that some US hosted CyberGraph customers may be experiencing issues with the display of CyberGraph banners. Legacy Message Control customers may also be experiencing delays in email delivery. We are investigating these issues and will provide further updates as available.

We have identified the cause of these disruptions and continue to take steps to restore services. Legacy Message Control customers should see new emails being processed normally and backlogs have reduced. Cybergraph customers should start to observe an improvement in the display of email banners. We are continuing to monitor and will provide further updates.
