We are aware that some customers hosted on our Australian grid may be unable to logon to the administration console or end user apps using LDAP authentication. Mailflow and other services are not being impacted. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

We are aware that a small subset customers hosted on our AU grid may be experiencing an issue using LDAP Authentication to access the administration console or end user apps. Other login methods such as cloud or SAML authentication remain unaffected. We are continuing to investigate the issue and will post updates here as they become available.

We are taking steps to mitigate the issue that certain customers may be experiencing when using LDAP Authentication to access the administration console or end user apps. We are working on a full resolution and will update this page as soon as we have further information.

We believe we have solved the issue that some customers may be experiencing when using LDAP Authentication to access the Administration Console and end user apps. For customers able to login and authenticate outside of LDAP, please check the Notification Feed on the Administration Console for further information on how to resolve the LDAP issue. For those unable to login using an alternate authentication method, please raise a ticket for additional support. The Engineering team is closely monitoring the situation and we will update this page as appropriate. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
