We are aware that some customers may be experiencing intermittent authentication issues when logging into Mimecast for Outlook (MfO) but can authenticate via the Web Portal (MPP). We are investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

We are investigating the intermittent authentication issue some customers may be experiencing when logging into MfO. In the meantime, any customers impacted can log on via the Mimecast Personal Portal: https://login.mimecast.com/

We have identified the cause for the authentication issue some customers may be experiencing when logging into MfO. We are taking steps to mitigate the issue and will post further updates here as they become available. We believe we have resolved the authentication issue some customers experienced. MfO is currently performing as expected and our engineering team continues to monitor the situation. If necessary we will provide further updates here.
