We are aware of an authentication issue affecting DMARC Analyzer customers and are working to resolve it. There is no impact to mail flow nor are any other Mimecast products affected. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We are aware of an authentication issue affecting DMARC Analyzer customers and are working to resolve it. There is no impact to mail flow nor are any other Mimecast products affected. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We have identified the cause of the DMARC Analyzer authentication issue and are working on the resolution. Due to the nature of the issue, we are expecting the remediation process to continue for a number of hours and will provide an update by 11am BST tomorrow at the latest. There continues to be no impact on mail flow or any other Mimecast products.

We can confirm that the earlier authentication issue impacting DMARC Analyzer has been resolved. The Engineering team is closely monitoring backlog processing.
There continues to be no impact on mail flow or any other Mimecast products. We will provide the next update 11am BST.
