Minor Incident UC-One Communicator iOS mobile app
IS&T has received reports that community members using the UC-One Communicator iOS mobile app (an app used to make/receive calls from MIT phone numbers on iOS devices) are experiencing trouble with authentication and call connection. We are investigating these reports and will provide additional information as we learn more. While the iOS mobile app is being addressed, members of the community have the option to download and install the UC-One Communicator app on other devices at https://ist.mit.edu/broadsoft/communicator

Minor Incident VoIP Portal Access
Our VoIP cloud provider has identified an issue preventing people from accessing their accounts on the BroadSoft portal. A ticket has been opened with the vendor and more information will be provided once available.
IS&T has received reports of some telephones on campus not being able to make or receive calls. IS&T is looking into the issue and will provide updates when more information is available.
Resolved Minor SAP Archiving and Tax Server Access Interruption
Access to servers supporting SAP archiving and payroll functionality are currently inaccessible. The issue is being investigated.
